We provide driver registration assistance and support services for people who want to join the inDrive platform. Based in G-9 Markaz, Islamabad, our small team spends every working day helping applicants prepare documents, complete their driver profile and resolve account issues — in person, not over a call centre queue.
Our mission
Make it simple for anyone in Islamabad to start earning as a driver — regardless of how comfortable they are with smartphones or paperwork.
How we work
Walk-ins are welcome six days a week. We check documents on the spot, help you complete the app profile, and stay reachable on WhatsApp afterwards.
Who we serve
New applicants, existing drivers with account issues, and anyone who wants a clear, honest explanation of the registration process.
Why we started this office
Many first-time applicants in Islamabad found the registration process confusing — unclear document requirements, long waits for verification, and no local place to ask questions in person. Our office was set up to close that gap: a fixed location in G-9 Markaz where drivers can get straightforward, face-to-face help instead of guessing their way through an app.
We keep our process simple and free for applicants, and we're upfront that we are a support office rather than the ride-hailing company itself. Our goal is to be the most useful stop a new driver makes before their first ride.
